I do not think that only conservatives can be rude or vile. Liberals are vile in different ways.For example, one can point to her being a VPILF not because she is or that the writer would like to but because that is one reason why McCain chose her rather than other Conservative women.

Well, this is what happens when conservatives break glass ceilings. You don't just judge on how she breaks it but how she looks while doing it.

I hereby shatter men's glass ceiling in the ILF category by nominating Barack Obama for PILF. Does that make anyone feel better?
Actually, it does make Harrogate feel a little bit better.
I'd rather have a PIDH (President I Don't Hate). But a PILF will do in a pinch ;)
