Why don't we go ahead and start using thumbscrews again.
Whether she know are not, is not as disgusting to me as the fact that it had actually been approved by the town!!! Then again it may have just been that so many women in that town were being forced to "know their role" so to speak that they decided to make a profit I guess rather than go bankrupt, maybe?
