The Primary/ Caucus in Texas

Here is a two part analysis of how the vote in Texas may play out. It is not like a primary or a caucus as it incorporates both types of voting, it is based on state senatorial districts and not congressional districts, and it incorporates Super Delegates and votes based on the over all vote.
