Thursday's Musical Tribute

PW and I don't follow Scrubs as ardently at Harrogate does, but we do occasionally catch the show. Last night, it was on in the background while I wrote about houses in 19th-century American and PW graded. When Ted began singing Outkast's "Hey Ya," we both stopped working and listened intently. This is a great version of the song, which is one of my favorites. I think I might like this one better.

Thanks for this, m. Sadly, Harrogate has not been able to follow this, what is likely the final season of Scrubs, because.... well, you know why.

But the way this scene seems to be playing out the show makes sense--the resolutions taking place, etc. The interplay between Jordan and Perry, Harrogate especially likes. What a great tv couple they are.

And yeah, the best part of all is Ted and the song. Harrogate has said all along that whatever else ye wanna say about Scrubs, you cannot really fuck with the show's use of music. Ted is a big part of that.

Thanks for putting a smile on Harrogate's face, he needed it.

I'm going to comment without having watched the video yet.
